Turn2us

125 years of tackling poverty – how many more?

Turn2us has launched a new campaign to mark their 125th anniversary by asking the question – how many more? Since 1897 the need for their services continues, with 14.5 million people in the UK – including 3.6 million children – still living in poverty today, despite the UK being one of the wealthiest economies in the world.

Turn2us provides vital support to people experiencing financial insecurity, often due to a life-changing event outside of their control. The pandemic has only increased financial insecurity, with those already struggling hit the hardest.

A new strategy and purpose launched in 2019 prompted a review of the brand.

This pro bono project was one the most thorough, inclusive and rewarding projects we have worked on.

Our ambition was to bring attention to and give a voice to the people Turn2us exists to serve. Every aspect of the new brand has been designed to be human, inclusive and insistent.
